Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and attentive Night QA Support professional to join our dynamic team. This role is vital for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products during overnight operations. You will be the night’s guardian of quality, working closely with other teams to uphold our standards. If you are detail-oriented, with a passion for quality assurance, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing of products during the night shift to ensure quality
- Identify, report, and document bugs and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any defects
- Maintain clear and detailed logs of nightly testing activities
- Assist in the continuous improvement of QA processes and procedures
- Prepare and submit reports on QA activities and findings to day shift team
Skills & Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with QA software tools and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
